While Grammys were awarded to a slew of talented musicians Sunday night, one artist took the night with a golden shine.
With the amount of awards that pop sensation Adele received, she might as well have stayed up on the stage for the entire show to save her breath.

The 23-year-old Brit received six awards at the Grammys this weekend—one for every nomination she had received.
So, for that matter, she could have also saved the awards presenters' breath as they were about to list the names of the other contenders and just make her way towards the stage to receive awards like Song of the Year, Album of the Year, or Record of the Year.

At this point in time it's safe to say that Adele has changed the direction of pop, or even that she's become the face of pop. Her album 21 has been one of the most celebrated albums in recent history.
Here's a recap of all six Grammys she won:
-Best Short Form Music Video ("Rolling in the Deep")
-Best Pop Vocal Album (21)
-Best Pop Solo Performance ("Someone Like You")
-Song of the Year ("Rolling in the Deep")
-Album of the Year (21)
-Record of the Year ("Rolling in the Deep")
Quite the night for a young woman with a very promising future.
