Sometimes I love my bands to be ultra-sleek and glittery like they were at last nights American Music Awards, but most of the time, I like my bands to wear skinny jeans, combat boots and just play awesome music, without all the fuss. Grace Potter is the coolest human alive. I mean, I've just always been obsessed with her. I love her personal style, her vibrant energy and her music! Grace is a multi-instrumentalist who has a similar vocal vibe as legend Janis Joplin. Along with her band, Grace just released the fourth studio album The Lion The Beast The Beat. The first single, Stars, is all over the radio, but my personal favorite, Parachute Heart, is one you should definitely check out.

I think we can all remember watching Kelly Clarkson win American Idol. It was the very first season, and we were all invested in every song she sang and even the streaks in her hair. Of course, it was her knock out voice that led her to win that night.

ZZ Ward is one of my favorite new artists. She strutted into our interview last week in a custom red blazer and her signature hat, and blew my mind. She is my favorite musical discovery of the year!

I was so excited when I got to meet and interview everyone's favorite X Factor alum, Chris Rene , last week. Chris recently released his new EP, I'm Right Here, and if you can believe it, he is even better in person. His voice is unbelievable. Chris is so inspiring, and has such a beautiful message to share through his music. The EP is delicious.
