With one of the most impressive resumes in the biz (Diddy, Alicia Keys, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga, to name a few), choreographer Laurieann Gibson has certainly made a name for herself in the music world; her next stop-conquering the arena of reality television.

From executive producer Ryan Seacrest comes "The Dance Scene", a drama-filled look into the pain, struggles and triumphs of aspiring dancers and choreographers. The new series follows Laurieann Gibson and her troupe of well-honed dancers as she moulds and shapes the group into professionals who can run with the music industry's finest.

Although Laurieann is new to television, she believes the show will draw an audience because it's like a "roller coaster." What differentiates "The Dance Scene" from other reality shows is it's "really exciting and full of energy" but not "pretend drama; Drama because I'm passionate."

Jumping back to April 8, 1999, David Duchovny was busy directing an episode of his popular sci-fi show "The X-Files."

Filling multiple roles on the production, Duchovny appeared as his regular character, Special Agent Fox Mulder, as well as directed and wrote the episode about a baseball player from the 1940's who may have been an alien.

The handsome men of NKOTBSB will give their fans a bit of a shock this upcoming Monday on Logo's NewNowNext awards. 

Rumors have been swirling regarding a super-secret performance which may or may not involve a bit of drag to fit the occasion. Although member's Jonathan Knight, AJ Mclean, and Joey McIntyre remained tight-lipped about the performance, they did promise their fans "the show of their lives".

James Van DerBeek is host for the event, which includes appearances by Paula Adbul, Adam Lambert, and celebrity pooch Giggy, of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" fame. Speaking through his interpreter/owner Lisa Vanderpump, the pup said he's not nervous; "his fur and make-up are good to go."

Also slated to appear is Lady Gaga, who is the latest to receive Logo’s Always Next, Forever Now Award. Previous recipients have included Britney Spears, Janet Jackson, and Paula Abdul.

The NewNowNext awards will air Monday, April 11th on Logo.

On Monday, Alec Baldwin reportedly implied that his critically acclaimed sitcom "30 Rock" will conclude its run in 2012, but on Thursday the actor sang a different tune.

In a blog posted on The Huffington Post, Alec wrote: "Gosh. I want to take the opportunity to state that although my days on network TV may be numbered, I hope '30 Rock' goes on forever. Or at least as long as everyone involved desires. Next year hopefully won't be the last. Kenneth can run the network. Jenna will get her own talk show. Tracy will become Mayor of New York. Then resign to go raise exotic reptiles. And Lemon will go do... just about anything she sets her mind to. Here's to five more seasons."

We caught up with Alec at the New York Philharmonic's spring gala benefit on Thursday, where the actor appeared as a guest.

"This is not a classical program," Alec said, referring to the presentation of Stephen Sondheim's Company that the New York Philharmonic sponsored that night. "And they've got none other than Neil Patrick Harris, who is the darling of the theater crowd these days. He's so talented, so it's going to be great."

Jon Cryer also starred in the production and he, like Alec, has had to deal with cancellation news surrounding his hit show "Two and a Half Men." Cryer sent out a glimmer of hope for the show's possible return when we asked the Emmy winner if he saw Broadway in his future.

"I don't know how much free time I'm going to have," Cryer replied with a grin. "So we'll see."

The red carpet was alive tonight at the Food Bank For New York City's Annual Can-Do Awards Dinner hosted by "Today"'s Al Roker.

The Food Bank is New York City's major hunger–relief organization working to end food poverty in the city.

Even when dealing with the serious topic of hunger awareness, everyone was also focused on Meredith Vieira and Matt Lauer's questionable future on "Today."

When asked to go on the record about if he knew anything regarding his "Today" co-anchors leaving, Al Roker said, "I got no record. No one uses records anymore, it's all on mp3."

"Today" anchor Hoda Kotb said "All I know is that we have padlocks with combinations on both [Matt and Meredith]'s dressing rooms. Nobody's going anywhere. I will shackle myself to Meredith if need be."

Rachael Ray said, "I think they should stay. We love them. Are they going to leave Al all alone?"

The "American Idol" studio was just as stunned Thursday night as when Casey Abrams feared going home. A clear frontrunner in the judges' eyes, Pia Toscano's rave reviews didn't win over the voters.

Without a lifeline, viewers got the final word and Pia was eliminated from the talented pool of competitors. The judges used their one allotted save this season on Casey Abrams. Jacob Lusk and Stefano Langone also landed in the bottom three, but received enough votes to progress forward in the competition.

The song was originally on Diddy's Last Train To Paris album and the "naked" (or remixed) version of the song was reportedly revamped by Mary for her upcoming album, My Life II, The Journey Continues.

Directed by Colin Tilley, the video shows Mary singing on the edge of a crumbling bridge and other various backdrops. Diddy and Wayne appear in similar settings, contributing their raps to her funky love tune.
