Ali Larter's Non-Mom Hair
Ali Larter gave birth to son Theodore Hayes MacArthur on December 20, 2010 but in less than one year she's already embraced one of the most iconic postpartum predicaments: mom hair.
She sported the look Saturday night at the launch for Gwen Stefani's Harajuku Mini for Target Collection but the one thing I was taken by is how un-matronly this version of the typically dowdy 'do was.
To find out how she went short but avoided looking matronly, I consulted X Factor's esteemed Hairstyle Designer, Ken Paves. He told Insider.com that Ali avoided traditional "mom hair" by breaking up the bob with sexy, choppy layers that keep it from looking too traditional.
And the good news is, everyone can replicate this look at home since Ken says the bob works for all face shapes! Just remember to follow Ali's example and embrace the layers!
