"I was not aware that I had to go. Thirty minutes before the red carpet, [Glee creator] Ryan [Murphy] calls me and says, 'Lea, you have to go.' I'm like, 'I'm sitting on my couch eating a kale salad!' He said, 'It's our first year!' So I called my best friend, borrowed her roommate's dress, and then some people came over and helped me with my hair and makeup, and I was on the carpet. And we won!"
