Emerging from a fun house cutout herself, Lady Gaga presided the ribbon cutting ceremony of an almost too bizarre to explain Santa's workshop-themed collection of limited edition items.

Gaga-themed clothing, edibles, and holiday essentials are some of the many pieces up for grabs. 25 percent of sales from all items will be donated to Gaga's Born This Way Foundation, which promotes youth empowerment and equality.
