The Hugo star showed up to last night's Tommy Hilfiger flagship store launch in London in this over the top Tommy Hilfiger cape, leather pants and Chanel shoes.

This outfit would look completely heinous on just about anyone, but on her teen shoulders it's just plain ridiculous. Coupled with her recent way too old for her age looks like that Morticia Addams-like Emilio Pucci number and that Chanel dress-over-pants disaster, can I ask just who keeps dressing the cute teen like a 40-year-old Upper East Sider?!

And who taught her that duck face pose?!

If Chloe and 11-year-old Stella McCartney-loving Mad Men star Kiernan Shipka are the future of what "young" Hollywood is going to start looking like, be very afraid.
