The tucked-behind-the-ears crop .... the blunt bangs ... everything just does NOT WORK. And while I've always been a fan of Chloe's quirky hipster style, I'll be the first to admit that this haircut is just bad ... real bad.

But let's give her the benefit of the doubt -- perhaps she's just going method for her role as alleged axe murder Lizzie Borden in the upcoming HBO miniseries?

Way to take an axe to that hair Chloe!
