Kaley Cuoco's Hair: Accident or Intentional?

The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco showed up to the Rebecca Taylor Robertson Store Opening last night with a ... well let's just say "questionable" hairdo.
Seems like Kaley was going for that Nicole Richie hippie headband 'do circa 2007, but something obviously went a little awry.
And let's not even talk about her sack-like dress.
But what do you think? Was Kaley Cuoco's hair style intentional, or an embarrassing mishap?
