Rooney Mara's 'Dragon Tattoo' Transformation

Though much has been made about Rooney Mara's boyish, tough girl style in the feverishly anticipated The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (which has even sparked its own H&M collaboration), its her real life style that's shaping up to be much more interesting.
Clearly, Rooney has embraced the severe hairstyle of her character Lisbeth Salander, but has chosen to balance it out with extremely feminine fashion -- resulting in a look that can only be described as her own.
Here's Rooney at the film's premiere in London, where she confidently rocked a stark white Givenchy Couture gown, featuring sheer sleeves and cut-outs on the side. Also adding to the "wow" factor is that it's almost entirely backless.
Seeing as this is just the very beginning of her press tour for The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, I personally can't wait to see what she comes out with next!
But what do you think of Rooney's potentially polarizing dress? Is it stunning, or way too severe?
