Effie Trinket is The Capitol's Covergirl

I wouldn't call Effie Trinket easy or breezy but The Hunger Games chaperone is certainly a covergirl in this new ad for China Glaze's Capitol Colours (a nail polish inspired by the upcoming movie).
The ad might not prominently feature Effie's nails, but right below the movie's title are small swatches of what I'm assuming are the 12 shades, presumably inspired by the 12 districts.
According to MTV.com, which broke the ad, this is the first in a line of prominent movie tie-ins expected in the weeks to come!
