The actor/musician received the magazine's dubious honor this year, for looking "extravagantly terrible all year long." And looking back at the 30 Seconds to Mars frontman's outrageous outfits in 2011, (seriously, a mesh tank top?!), it's hard to argue.

Which is a real shame since nobody can deny that underneath all the douchey outfits is a totally handsome guy.

On the other hand, looks like you dodged a bullet Jackson Rathbone!
