Susan Sarandon is getting candid about aging in Hollywood, revealing to People that she has in fact gotten liposuction.

"I've had some lipo under my chin and under my eyes," the 65-year-old actress admits.

In the new interview with People via The Toronto Sun, she also worries aloud about getting Botox.

"I have these two huge frown lines here (on my forehead). But if you can't move your face or you're unrecognizable, I don't see how that's a productive enhancement," she muses. "You don't want to look like a female impersonation of yourself."

Well whatever it is she's doing, at least her enhancement looks more on the natural side then say, Madonna. And it's nice of her to actually admit it, no?
