While Beyonce is usually flawless, her latest outfit is more than a little questionable.

The hot mom was recently spotted in NYC in a neon pink top and a seriously bright printed maxi skirt by Etro -- dare I say this skirt is totally fugly?

I know, it pains me to talk this way about Bey too!
