Keaton stopped by Today recently to talk about her new film Darling Companion, when even Matt Lauer couldn't help but notice her eye-catching nails.

"I like to do them myself," Keaton joked, flashing her perfect plaid manicure. "Can you tell I painted those on? ... That's so not true," she laughed.

But what's even more impressive is that she managed to incorporate a fad -- nail art currently being all the rage -- perfectly into her already well-known style (specifically her penchant for menswear), proving you're never too old to have a little fun with trends!
