True Blood star Rutina Wesley rocked this deliciously daring black and white frock at last night's season five True Blood premiere in Hollywood, the same exact dress So You Think You Can Dance host Cat Deeley sported just a day earlier at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London.
While Rutina jazzed up her ensemble with a belt and a bright red clutch, Cat let the dress do the talking with a simple black clutch and a pair of black pointy-toed pumps.
