Britney Spears certainly made an impression at her first X Factor audition in Austin, Texas back in May, sporting a hot pink Brian Lichtenberg mini dress with a sexy front panel. Last night, Ashley Tisdale hit up the grand opening of Mizumi Restaurant at Wynn Las Vegas in the same boob-baring dress.

While Brit decided to go with black heels to accessorize the already daring number, Ashley chose a pair of nude pumps ... but can Ash please do something about her roots?!
