Katy Gives Us an Eyeful

It's no secret that Katy Perry has one of the best bodies in the business -- and she had no qualms showing off some of her best assets last night promoting Katy Perry: Part of Me 3D in Rio de Janeiro, where she raised more than a couple of eyebrows in a yellow mini dress featuring very strategic cutouts.

Katy showed some serious cleavage courtesy of diamond cutouts going down the middle of her chest all the way down to her belly button, where she left no doubt that despite being obviously well-endowed, she was brazenly going braless.

She finished off the look with a pair of dark red pumps, and styled her usually more colorful hair in a sleek bob parted to the side.
