Kim Kardashian might have made headlines at the BET awards in July for her embarrassingly awkward encounter with Jay-Z, but she also looked undeniably fabulous in the stark white, skin-tight Tom Ford number, made extra special by its defining feature -- a giant silver zipper unveiling almost her entire back.

Jennifer Lawrence had the same idea at The Hunger Games Paris premiere in March, sporting the exact same sexy Tom Ford dress, but in black with a gold zipper. Stick-straight strands and bright red lipstick complemented her sleek look.
