Madonna predictably bared it all for her new ad for her fragrance "Truth or Dare Naked," where the 54-year-old material girl gives us one of her signature sultry poses in black and white.

But while the sight of a naked Madonna is hardly new anymore, what is shocking is that she appears completely wrinkle-free and flawless to the point of disbelief.

Everyone knows she works super-hard to maintain her fitness, but c'mon, amirite?
