Khloe Kardashian has never been a fan of her sister Kourtney's baby daddy Scott Disick. The two have butted heads a number of times, but in an episode of "Kourtney and Kim Take New York," Khloe actually took Scott's side when Kourtney got onto him for defending their sister Kim at a nightclub.
