The two were extremely touchy-feely during brunch at La Bottega inside New York's Maritime Hotel, People.com reports. An onlooker tells the mag that Ashlee and the "Boardwalk Empire" star held hands across the table during the meal. The New York date comes after Vincent's recent visit to Los Angeles, during which the two were spotted out enjoying each other's company.
