Jay, the 27-year-old quarterback for the NFL's Chicago Bears, proposed to Kristin, 24, over the weekend during a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, according to People.com. The two have been dating since last fall. Kristin -- who appeared in the MTV shows "Laguna Beach" and "The Hills" -- told the magazine earlier this year: "I'm in love and it's been great."
