Carter and Amy have been dating since late last year and are now reportedly engaged! Amy's rep confirms the engagement to People.com, with a source telling the magazine the couple is "having a blast together." Amy, 25, is known for her work in 'The Butterfly Effect,' 'Crank,' and TV's "Scrubs," while Carter, 34, appears as a carpenter on TLC's "Trading Spaces" and hosts the home improvement show "Carter Can."
