Ryan Reynolds is helping The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research by creating awareness of the Foundation through social media.
If the Foundation's Facebook page reaches 100,000 fans as part of its National Pakinson's Awareness Month campaign, Reynolds has said he will donate another $10,000 to the Foundation.
In the past, Reynolds has raised money for the Foundation by running in the ING NYC Marathon in 2008, in which he raised over $100,000 for Parkinson's research.
Reynolds, whose own father has suffered from Parkinson's for 15 years, currently sits on the Board of Directors of The Michael J. Fox Foundation.
