Jessica Alba Sues for Over $1 Million

Jessica Alba filed a lawsuit today against a The Caden Companies, Inc., accusing the company of knowingly using her name and likeness to further sales without her permission.
According to court papers obtained by The Insider, The Caden Companies sells a device called the Belly Bandit that helps women lose the weight gained during pregnancy after they've given birth.
The documents allege that a photograph of Alba was featured under the Celebrity Testimonials section of the company's website. Alba maintains that she did not give authorization for this endorsement, according to the papers.
The lawsuit seeks over $1 million in damages to be awarded to the actress.
