Taylor Swift Suing Over Alleged Nude Photo?

A celebrity news website may soon find themselves in hot water as they are reportedly refusing to remove a risqué photo with the likeness of country superstar Taylor Swift.
With the caption "Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?," the website "Celebrity Jihad" alleges Swift is the topless woman in question, and has not taken the photo down amidst threats to sue, according to TMZ.
After speaking with the site, TMZ reports they're "considering their options" after a letter from Swift's lawyers, but they have yet to decide whether or not they will take any action in response.
