Paula Abdul's marriage to clothing designer Brad Breckerman had a short run. During the marriage she said, "In the past nine months, it's been love, love, and stronger love every day." But in 1998, after only 17 months, she filed for a divorce.

It was her second marriage. Her first marriage to Emilio Estevez in 1994 lasted two years.
