Following his high-scoring performance on Dancing with the Stars Monday night, Rob Kardashian revealed his secret weapon when it comes to keeping up his stamina and svelte appearance.

While the female contestants of DWTS reveled in the weight-loss that accompanied their hard work on the show, Rob struggled with his weight early on in the competition. Things started to look up when the reality star became a dedicated client of Z.E.N. Foods -- a weigh-loss program and healthy food delivery service.

"That's about all I stick to," said Rob, who went on to credit the meal plan for helping him make it to week 8 on Dancing. "It's really gotten me through my rehearsals."

The turnaround that Z.E.N. provided for Rob also benefitted his DWTS partner Cheryl Burke. The professional dancer grew frustrated with Rob's initial sluggishness before he committed to his Z.E.N. diet.

Stars Zac Efron and Denise Richards are also fans of the product, according to the testimonial page on the Z.E.N. Foods website.
