Ali Lohan is defending her appearance once again! Rumors that she underwent plastic surgery arose after pictures surfaced in September of her looking noticeably different.

For the first time the 17-year-old Lohan is directly speaking out, calling the rumors "stupid" and "not true." In an interview with Page Six Magazine, Ali states,"That's not legal! I would need my mother's signature, and do you think my mom would ever sign off on that? No!" One thing is certain, Ali Lohan does look considerably different than she has in recent months, but her rep attributes that to a "growth spurt."

As far as Lohan scandal goes, this is a cake walk. Compared to her sister, Ali could get a complete face transplant and still have fewer rumors to deal with than Lindsay.
