Muppets Help the Obamas Light National Tree

Dust off your reefs and bring out the egg nog because the Christmas season is officially here.
On Thursday night, the Muppets traveled to Washington, D.C. to stand alongside the first family as they took part in the National Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony.
Seeing how close they were to Kermit the Frog, one would hope that the Obama girls Sasha, 10, and Malia, 13 are old enough not to be dis-illusioned by the man controlling the felted frog.
Check out the video below to watch Kermit join Michelle Obama in reading The Night Before Christmas to a group of lucky kids. The Muppets is in theaters now.
