Well, after a trio of attack videos, an ambassador of peace has entered the fray with hopes of squelching this war and uniting the two icons in a new battle against a more terrible threat: Twilight.

George Takei has taken to YouTube with a video plea: "What's needed today, more than ever, is Star peace. For there is an ominous, mutual threat to all of science fiction. It's called Twilight and it's really, really bad. Gone is any sense of heroism, camaraderie or epic battle. In it's place we have vampires that sparkle, moan and go to high school."
