"Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine," Cyrus responded via Twitter. "I wish they'd realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!"

"And I'm 19!" the former Disney star added, "BOOBS GROW PEOPLE!"

Cyrus is in the media spotlight again, just weeks after she was under scrutiny for making a reference to being a "stoner" at her birthday party.
