In December the pop star's one-of-a-kind doll, along with a Nicki Minaj Barbie, were created specifically for charity; and Katy's doll brought in a whopping $13,500!

Nicki Minaj was the honorable mention, racking in several thousand bucks herself at $5,605.

All proceeds went to benefit the charity Angel Food.
