Nicole Richie recently sat down with The Insider to discuss her new partnership with Suave Professionals, revealing her thoughts about the Golden Globes and how she achieved her chic look this past weekend at the awards show.

"The look for my hair was achieved by Suave Professionals Kertain Infusion line," Richie revealed. "I actually used the smoothing serum for that particular look because I wanted a long straight ponytail and I naturally have kind of wavy frizzy hair."

Richie also divulged her take on the fashion at the Globes: "The best dressed for me was Tilda Swinton because I just love her style. I think she's so cool."

The 30-year-old fashion designer also discussed her upcoming television show Fashion Star, which will be hosted by model Elle Macpherson and will feature Richie alongside Jessica Simpson and menswear designer John Varvatos as the contestants' mentors as they scramble to create clothes in a restricted amount of time.

Fashion Star is set to air this March on NBC.
