Jennifer Lopez's rumored new boyfriend Casper Smart took to Twitter on Wednesday to assert his opinion that age shouldn't be a factor when it comes to love.

"Age, status, n opinions of others are irrelevant," Smart tweeted. "Our hearts are endless and our souls infinite."

The 24-year-old dancer -- who has recently been snapped by paparazzi smooching and cuddling at various locations with the 42-year-old ex of Marc Anthony -- said advanced years should not be seen as a bad thing. "Our ages are mere reminders of the hours logged on this earth and the precious time remaining."

J.Lo then retweeted all of Casper's posts, including this tweet: "We should all honor our time here by indulging our passion and dreams. So, close your ears and open your hearts; Love and be happy!"
