Obama Sends Birthday Card to Zooey Deschanel
By ROBERT PACE

Zooey Deschanel received a special letter for her birthday from a very high-ranking man: President Barack Obama.
Deschanel is birthday twins with First Lady Michelle Obama, which was an easy reminder for the commander-in-chief to send the New Girl star a special note on the 17th.
In addition to wishing her a happy birthday, Obama thanked Deschanel for "all (she) has done to encourage and support young women who are making a difference across our country."
The 32-year-old actress co-founded HelloGiggles, an entertainment website devoted to women that partnered with the White House for a campaign called "Women Working to Do Good," which highlights women around the country who make a difference in their communities.
Imagine receiving a letter that ends "Sincerely, Barack Obama." Pretty humbling. Even for a celebrity…
