Madonna fever has officially taken over in anticipation of her Super Bowl halftime show, and at a news conference today she was tight lipped as what to expect.

The Insider's Christina McLarty asked Madge how she was holding up physically, and she said, "I'm okay, lots of warm-ups, and taping and ultrasounds. I feel like I'm one of the football players right now."

Madonna also didn't reveal if she would pick a side in the Super Bowl, but she did give a minor clue when she broke out a quick salsa dance which she claims was inspired by Victor Cruz of the New York Giants.

As for any potential wardrobe malfunctions? Forget it. Madonna says, "Great attention to detail has been paid to my wardrobe. There will be no wardrobe malfunctions. Promise."
