In head-to-toe shades of blue (in honor of little Blue Ivy Carter, we assume), B stepped out in NYC wearing a stunning knee-length, figure-hugging, Monique Lhuillier number, grasping a deep navy Chanel clutch with cobalt Loraine Schwartz accessories dangling from her ears, finger and wrist.
