Debbie took our cameras with her as she reunited with the show's staff, including executive producer Bill Geddie, who joked about firing Matenopoulos.

Former 'View' Hosts Meredith & Debbie Reunite!

"We were at the beginning of the show and we were trying to find our numbers," Geddie recounted. "We didn't want to get canceled so we thought, 'Get rid of the little Greek girl.'"

Aside from joking, Geddie expressed his love for Debbie, saying that the show's staff loved Debbie back then and still loves her now.
