Kim Kardashian has been keeping a low profile (well, for her) in the months since her widely derided divorce from Kris Humphries -- but now that the basketball star is launching a lawsuit against the TV queen, she's desperately in need of some R&R!

That's why she escaped to her second home, Miami, over the weekend as you can see in this exclusive pic from Life & Style!

A source tells the magazine, "Kim feels like she's trapped in a nightmare that just won't end. Every time she thinks things are getting better, something awful happens and she goes back into a pit of depression."

Well, if you ask us, depression never looked so good!
