Demi Lovato on 'Brutal' Fights with Miley Cyrus

"I break things. I've trashed dressing rooms just for the hell of it," Lovato revealed to NYC's Z100 radio station Thursday morning. "I've done some pretty rock and roll things that I probably shouldn't talk about."

While it's hard to imagine the 19-year-old going Courtney Love-style crazy with her antics, Demi does cop to some pretty childish behavior—literally.

"I like to throw things when I'm bored," she said. "I was trying to catch the deli meat on the ceiling," she recalls of one of her particularly destructive days, telling Z100's JJ she would make a mess of her own trailers just "for fun."

Additionally, the former bad girl admits she still enjoys goading her little sister into saying bad words. "I'm like, Madison, say 'bitch'," she laughed, in mock disbelief saying, "…And I'm a role model!"
