In a revealing new interview for Playboy’s April issue, Friends with Kids star Jon Hamm candidly spoke on all things Hollywood. The beloved (by men and women, straights and gays alike) Mad Men star openly talked about the humiliation of having to audition six times before landing the life-changing and career-making role of Don Draper, about doing awkward sex scenes with Kristen Wiig in Bridesmaids and about how dudes love to buy The Don Draper drinks when he is out at a bar. But what are the most important things Jonboy revealed in said interview? Namely that he used to work as crew in soft-core porns and that he cried like a baby watching Marley & Me! A sensitive man who knows how to light and dress a room for sexxy times?! Oh my gosh, could I love Jon Hamm anymore than I already did? Apparently, yes!

During the interview, Jon talked about his worst job, "I did set dressing on some soft-core porn films. That was hands down the worst. I was working on the crew from seven to seven, and it was horribly depressing. … I’m sure there are more terrible day jobs in L.A., but it’s definitely on the lower end of the spectrum of the wonder of moviemaking. It wasn’t even that much money, but it was money."

Kim Kardashian Fires Back at Jon Hamm

I don’t know about y’all, but I’m currently picturing Jon dressed as suited-up Don Draper, hanging out on a dingy porn set, trying to get the shag rugs and lava lamps just so – and its kind of amazing.

And in a surprisingly "unmanly" admission, Mr. Mad Man owned up to being a bit of a crier during heart-tugging movies. Jon admitted, “I cried at Marley & Me. Not just teared up a little but full-on cried. That was a f*cking nightmare. Dead-dog stories always get me. And dead-mom stories—Terms of Endearment, stuff like that. If a parent dies in a movie, I’m a f*cking wreck."

Hey Jon Hamm, you can cry in my lap any time. Or maybe it would be better if I cried in your lap. In the interview, Jon, when talking about his sex scenes with a slender Kristen Wiig, mentioned being 6’2” and over 200 pounds (somehow I thought he was well under 6 feet but this new info about his impressive stature is glorious) -- so if he cried in my lap it might crush all 5'1" of me. But for the right man (and Jon Hamm might just be that), I’d be willing to try it. Jon can even dress our set if he likes.
