Brian Austin Green's Ex Responds to Lawsuit

Former Beverly Hills, 90210 star Vanessa Marcil-Giovinazzo has fired back at a lawsuit from ex-boyfriend Brian Austin Green alleging that she owes him more than $220,000.

Green, the father of Vanessa's nine-year-old son Kassius, claims that he loaned the actress more than $200,000 while they were dating and that there was an understanding that she would pay him back.
In court documents filed Wednesday, Vanessa claims that "there never was an agreement between the parties, written or otherwise."
The two co-starred on 90210 from 1998-2000. Both are now married to other people -- Brian wed Megan Fox in 2010 and Vanessa said "I do" to actor Carmine Giovinazzo the same year.
