Lisa, who is out on $50K bail, cried to GMA this morning while discussing the shocking snap. "My poor mother has to look at that picture of me. That's not me. It's not me," she said through tears.

When asked if her arrest or wild-eyed mugshot was the result of substance abuse, Lisa shot her down. "There is nothing I was on or abusing at the time," she said, adding that she's been sober for three months.

Lisa's alcohol abuse began several years ago when she miscarried. "I lost everything," she said. "With That 70s Show, I was guilty of the drinking problem. And I ran. And I am not running from this. I have paid my dues. And if I can make it through this, I can make it through anything."

The actress, who will be starring in the ironically titled film, It Sucks To Be Me, claims that the "victim" of her abuse is actually the perpetrator. The case against Lisa is still open, pending trial.
