Jaleel White: No Drama During 'Fun' Rehearsals
April 09, 2012
The Insider's Kevin Frazier catches up with Dancing with the Stars duo Jaleel White and Kym Johnson for a last-minute rehearsal for tonight's tango performance and the pair says that despite rumors to the contrary, there is no friction on the practice floor.
Even though Jaleel denies any heated flare-ups, he does admit that Kym can be very forceful in getting him to do the moves in the right way. "She comes in here and says I have very strong thighs, and that if you're not feeling them in the dance, then we are not doing it right."

Jaleel -- who said he had no idea beforehand what a huge phenomenon Dancing with the Stars was -- says that outside influences and media coverage off the dance floor can definitely affect the actual performances on the show.
"You know the coolest thing I can say is about the show is -- and I've really learned this -- you cannot fake dancing," Jaleel said. "You can try it all you want but when we are sitting here just like this... I am looking right into her soul right here."
