Wilson Phillips is back with a new album, Dedicated, and new reality show, Still Holding On -- but Carnie Wilson's battle with weight continues, and she's addressing it head-on in their new TV Guide Network show.

"I don't know if [my fans] knew how badly I needed help," Carnie tells The Insider's Brooke Anderson of her decision to undergo weight loss surgery again. "I'm proud that when you really need help, you need to reach out and go get it, and never be ashamed of that."
