The Rancics, whose ongoing struggles to conceive a child included a miscarriage, are expecting their child via a gestational surrogate in late summer.

"We are so thrilled that our prayers have been answered," Giuliana said about the exciting news. "We are absolutely ecstatic to be sharing this with everyone who has been following our journey," added Bill, who appears on the reality show Giuliana & Bill with his wife.

The news comes after a stretch of rough months for the Rancics that centered upon Giuliana's breast cancer treatment that required various surgeries.

Giuliana, however, has remained strong through the process and has continued to fulfill her duties at the E! network.
