Rihanna gave her fans a scare the other day when she posted a photo to Twitter of an IV tube in her arm. The Insider got the scoop from the pop phenom and now movie star on her health at the Los Angeles premiere of Battleship.

"I'm a lot better," she revealed. "I got sick and I kept working as we always do, and finally I got to the point where I had to stop for a couple days. Now I'm a lot better."

Rihanna appeared to be in good condition at the premiere last night, which was her first Hollywood premiere. "This is my first Hollywood premiere [and] my first movie. A lot of firsts tonight," she said. "I'm looking forward to seeing [the film] and watching it with everybody."

Also excited to see the film was star Brooklyn Decker. "I can't believe it's finally here," she said. "We finished this movie in December of 2010 and we've released it all over the world. So, we're finally bringing it home...I'm pinching myself. It's bizarre."
