"It's really incredible. You just feel so much love wash over you and your heart just grows," Hilary tells Brooke. "It's just instant and there are really no words -- it was really, really incredible  and special for my husband and I both."

The Gossip Girl star also said the baby has absolutely brought her closer to her husband Mike Comrie, admitting that the birth did change their lives, "so much" for the better. "The most fun we have is at home staring at Luca and all of the new faces he's making, and bath time with him. It's just a wonderful new time for us and we're enjoying that."

Hilary Duff Releases First Family Portrait

When asked how she was able to get into such incredible shape so soon after the pregnancy, Hilary reports she's "feeling great" and is regularly exercising. "I was happy when my feet -- when the swelling in my feet went down. I was like, I just want to put a pair of heels on." She also revealed she's back in a routine of doing yoga, Pilates, even spinning.
